IHG Hotels & Resorts is hiring a Club Lounge Attendant at InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa. The role is dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences in the exclusive Club Lounge, ensuring comfort, privacy, and memorable service. From offering warm welcomes to delivering high service standards, this position plays a key role in elevating guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver refined, personalized experiences for Club Lounge guests.

• Serve meals and beverages with high standards and signature style.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels in the lounge and service areas.

• Assist with washing up and kitchen support when needed.

• Minimize waste and report safety issues, low supplies, or equipment problems.

• Perform ad-hoc duties to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 23 kg (50 lbs), with bending and kneeling as needed.

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Compliance with local food handling and alcohol serving laws (must meet minimum age requirements).

• Excellent communication skills: warm, welcoming, and approachable.
