Job Summary:
The Cloud Ambassador – Reception acts as the welcoming face of Cloud Spaces, ensuring every client and visitor experiences top-tier service. This role involves managing front-office operations, supporting clients with onboarding, handling administrative and technical tasks, and creating a warm, efficient, and professional atmosphere in line with Cloud Spaces’ high standards of hospitality.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors professionally, offering friendly and helpful service at all times.

  • Manage reception operations, including calls, couriers, bookings, meeting room coordination, and visitor management.

  • Support client onboarding by setting up phones, explaining systems, and providing customized reception assistance.

  • Handle video conferencing and communication systems such as IP phones and interactive screens.

  • Provide information and support to clients, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable coworking experience.

  • Maintain an organized and efficient front desk area.

  • Communicate updates to management and collaborate effectively with team members to improve service operations.


Qualifications and Skills

Education & Experience:

  • Proven experience in reception, guest relations, or customer service roles (office administration experience preferred).

  • Strong proficiency in communication systems, booking platforms, and basic IT tools.

  • Excellent English communication skills; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Soft Skills:

  • Positive, professional, and proactive personality with attention to detail.

  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.

  • Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
