As part of its Emirati Talent Program, IROS is seeking Clinical Trial Assistants to support the Clinical Operations team. This on-site, contract-based opportunity in Abu Dhabi offers a launchpad into the world of clinical research, allowing you to gain hands-on experience in trial coordination and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Clinical Operations team in daily project coordination and trial-related activities

• Maintain and organize Trial Master Files (TMF) and Investigator Site Files (ISF)

• Assist in handling, tracking, and shipping of trial supplies and study materials

• Participate in quality checks, file audits, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

• Ensure documentation meets ICH-GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements

• Collaborate closely with Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and other stakeholders

• May participate in site visits and support monitoring activities (post-training)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline

• Understanding of clinical research processes and trial phases

• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management tools

• Basic knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP); certification is a plus
