As a Clinical Psychologist at Aspris Middle East, you will provide psychological treatment to children, adolescents, adults, and their families dealing with a variety of mental health issues. Your responsibilities will include managing a caseload through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of therapeutic techniques. You will conduct both individual and group counseling sessions to assist patients requiring therapeutic interventions.
Key Responsibilities

Provide psychotherapeutic interventions across various modalities such as CBT, CFT, EMDR, Trauma-focused CBT, and DBT.

Ensure interventions, treatments, and activities comply with relevant regulations.

Advise guardians, relatives, and significant others on patients’ conditions and treatment plans.

Build rapport with patients and deliver effective counseling while tracking progress.

Conduct one-on-one support therapy and group therapy sessions.

Prepare and write psychological assessment reports.

Contribute to developing specialist pathways and provide team guidance, including supervision.

Complete all service monitoring requirements on time and to a high standard, ensuring full compliance.

Continuously update knowledge in the field, attending relevant CPD courses.

Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team at the Centre.

Participate in team meetings, supervision, and training as required.

Refer clients to other healthcare professionals where appropriate.

Perform other duties as delegated in line with service provision.
Knowledge, Education, and Skills
-
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in psychology.

Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology from an accredited university.
-
Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or in a specialized area of counseling is preferred.

License: DHA License holder.

Skills:
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including fluency in both Arabic and English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to work with diverse individuals and adapt to changing needs.

Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Must be able to communicate clearly with patients and staff, both verbally and in writing.
