Hakkini is a neuroscience-based mental health clinic in Dubai offering state-of-the-art assessments, advanced interventions, and therapy services for children, adults, and families. As our clinical services grow, we are looking for a senior Clinical Psychologist to lead and expand our psychology department, upholding the high standards that define our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based psychological assessments and interventions

• Provide hands-on therapy for diverse client needs (children, adults, families)

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, neuropsychologists, OTs, and SLTs

• Contribute to the clinic’s strategic development and direction for psychology services

• Leverage existing referral networks or patient caseloads to drive service growth

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation

• Ensure adherence to ethical standards and DHA regulations

Requirements:

• DHA license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist in the UAE

• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in Dubai or the wider UAE

• Strong reputation with an existing caseload or well-established referral base

• Demonstrated leadership ability or interest in heading a psychology department

• Proven commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice
