Own Clinic is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to provide expert nutritional care for patients in a hybrid work environment (on-site and work-from-home flexibility). The role involves developing personalized nutrition plans, conducting counseling sessions, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide medical nutrition therapy tailored to individual patient needs.

• Conduct nutritional counseling sessions to educate and guide patients.

• Develop and monitor personalized nutrition plans.

• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

• Track patient progress and adjust nutrition plans accordingly.

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with clinical standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field.

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification preferred.

• Knowledge of medical nutrition therapy, dietetics, and human nutrition.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a healthcare team.

• Previous experience in a clinical setting is a plus.
