Clinical Application Specialist METAI

Philips is seeking a Clinical Application Specialist METAI to support the implementation and optimization of clinical software and medical devices within healthcare settings. This full-time remote role involves collaborating with clinical staff, IT teams, marketing, sales, and vendors to ensure effective use of emergency care technology. The role supports Philips’ Emergency Care business, soon transitioning under Bridgefield Capital, and aims to improve patient care through innovative life-saving solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote Philips Emergency Care Prehospital portfolio during customer visits, product demos, seminars, and trade shows

  • Provide high-level training to customers, including paramedics and hospital staff, on clinical and prehospital procedures, equipment use, and updates

  • Develop and manage training schedules in cooperation with customers

  • Conduct regular customer visits to gather feedback on training quality and satisfaction

  • Support new product launches and contribute to achieving business targets with the account/sales team

  • Act as the customer voice to Philips for product improvement and opportunity identification

  • Stay updated on new clinical applications and operating field developments relevant to Philips equipment

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degrees/certifications a plus

  • 2-5 years experience in clinical or healthcare technology roles; familiarity with EHR systems preferred

  • Proficiency in clinical software applications, medical devices, and data management tools

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain complex information clearly

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical staff, IT teams, and vendors

Working Conditions:

  • May require travel to healthcare facilities

  • Flexibility in working hours to accommodate training and system upgrades
