This is a remote, full-time role with a focus on post-implementation customer success and long-term adoption of healthcare solutions. The Clinical Adoption Lead will be responsible for supporting customers after solution deployment, driving user adoption, managing clinical relationships, and ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong clinical background, customer success experience, and a proactive approach to solving problems and enabling impactful healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clinical users across various healthcare settings

• Facilitate platform adoption by conducting training, integrating workflows, and offering continuous education

• Serve as the first line of support for clinical inquiries and resolve challenges swiftly by collaborating with internal teams

• Monitor customer satisfaction and engagement metrics to identify risks and growth opportunities

• Collect customer feedback and collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance the product and experience

• Develop and execute customized success plans to meet client objectives

• Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions, issues, and resolutions

• Assist in creating case studies and success stories to showcase clinical outcomes and value delivered

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in customer success, account management, or clinical enablement—preferably in healthcare or digital health

• Deep understanding of clinical workflows and hospital operations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Knowledge of product lifecycle management, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and software development tools

• Basic understanding of networking, hardware, and UX/UI design principles

• Willingness to travel up to 15%

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
