Clinical Adoption Lead

Johnson & Johnson, a global leader in healthcare innovation, is seeking a Clinical Adoption Lead to join its Professional team in the UAE. This is a remote, full-time role with a focus on post-implementation customer success and long-term adoption of healthcare solutions. Johnson & Johnson is at the forefront of tackling complex diseases and transforming healthcare through its Innovative Medicine and MedTech divisions.

The Clinical Adoption Lead will be responsible for supporting customers after solution deployment, driving user adoption, managing clinical relationships, and ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong clinical background, customer success experience, and a proactive approach to solving problems and enabling impactful healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clinical users across various healthcare settings

  • Facilitate platform adoption by conducting training, integrating workflows, and offering continuous education

  • Serve as the first line of support for clinical inquiries and resolve challenges swiftly by collaborating with internal teams

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and engagement metrics to identify risks and growth opportunities

  • Collect customer feedback and collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance the product and experience

  • Develop and execute customized success plans to meet client objectives

  • Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions, issues, and resolutions

  • Assist in creating case studies and success stories to showcase clinical outcomes and value delivered

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in customer success, account management, or clinical enablement—preferably in healthcare or digital health

  • Deep understanding of clinical workflows and hospital operations

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Knowledge of product lifecycle management, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and software development tools

  • Basic understanding of networking, hardware, and UX/UI design principles

  • Willingness to travel up to 15%

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
