The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth patient care, managing staff performance, and driving financial and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations while maintaining exceptional patient care.

• Prepare staff schedules for reception and nursing teams, including leave management.

• Address patient complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

• Train and evaluate new staff to ensure service standards.

• Maintain clinic cleanliness, safety, and equipment functionality.

• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance and patient reports.

• Implement initiatives to increase revenue and reduce operational costs.

• Coordinate with doctors, staff, and vendors for seamless operations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Prior experience in healthcare or clinic management is an advantage.

• Knowledge of administrative processes and patient management protocols.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
