Client Success Manager

Seedtag is seeking a Client Success Manager to join their team in Dubai. As part of the leading company in contextual advertising, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of advertising globally. You will collaborate with clients to develop strategies for improving campaign performance, upsell products, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Design strategies to provide “Next Best Action” for clients, enhancing campaign performance through upselling and new targeting techniques.

  • Execute client campaigns within agreed timelines and budgets, in collaboration with the Ad Operations team.

  • Respond to client inquiries and coordinate internal responses on time.

  • Track pod retention rates and campaign success metrics, aiming for over 90% KPI attainment.

  • Achieve Quarterly Incremental Revenue Goals for key accounts.

  • Provide clients with regular performance reports, offering additional insights based on their preferences.

  • Regularly monitor and adjust campaign performance in collaboration with the Ad Operations team.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior management or AdOps as needed, while providing summaries and attempted solutions.

  • Organize and lead regular team meetings to discuss client accounts, share updates, and collaborate on strategies.

  • Utilize internal tools like Salesforce, Slack, and Jira for effective communication and task management.

  • Maintain a high customer satisfaction score.

Skills Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in media, advertising, or technology, particularly in sales, marketing, or support roles.

  • Understanding of key consumer trends in digital advertising, privacy, and programmatic media.

  • Experience with direct-sold or programmatic advertising campaigns.

  • Basic knowledge of DSP and SSP platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, LiveRamp).

  • Proficiency in Excel and experience analyzing data to generate insights.

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

  • Proven track record of client retention and growth.

  • Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities to resolve problems efficiently.
