TikTok is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to drive success in the Services sector (Banking, Fintech, Telco, Entertainment). This role focuses on building long-term client relationships, optimizing performance-based campaigns, and delivering data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in TikTok’s advertising products, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in both English and Turkish.
Responsibilities:

Manage and grow post-sale client relationships within the Services vertical.

Support Business Partnership Managers in pre-sale research and strategy development.

Create and optimize advertising strategies across TikTok’s product suite, including performance and branding solutions.

Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to clients.

Conduct business reviews and adopt a consultative approach to build long-term relationships.

Work with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, provide feedback, and support product development.

Ensure smooth campaign execution in collaboration with the Ad Operations and Organic teams.

Foster the adoption of TikTok’s auction platform and advertising tools.
Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in performance-based campaign management.

Expertise in user acquisition, performance marketing, and social media platforms.

Familiarity with tracking and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adjust, Appsflyer).

Fluent in both English and Turkish.

Strong technical understanding of digital marketing technologies and integrations.

Excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
-
Sales-oriented mindset with experience in account management.
