TikTok is looking for a Client Solutions Manager to manage and drive its China Inbound Business. The ideal candidate will play a key role in establishing and growing long-term client relationships by providing tailored solutions and insights into TikTok’s ad product suite. This role requires strong knowledge of China’s digital marketing ecosystem, client-focused service, and technical expertise in advertising and campaign management. The successful applicant will collaborate with internal teams, troubleshoot client issues, and optimize campaign performance while supporting sales growth strategies.
Responsibilities:
– Manage and grow post-sale client relationships with advertisers of all sizes.
– Support sales teams with pre-sale research and pitch preparation.
– Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, ad ops, product, marketing, policy, and R&D) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
– Monitor and analyze ad campaigns, proactively optimizing performance.
– Collaborate directly with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot client issues.
– Set up and optimize campaigns, offering data-driven business insights.
– Conduct regular business reviews and build consultative client relationships.
– Achieve growth and sales targets by effectively managing the book of business.
Requirements:
– Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
– Experience: Strong background in account management/client services within digital marketing. MENA experience is a plus.
– Deep understanding of China’s digital marketing ecosystem, trends, and industry developments.
– Experience managing performance advertisers and solving their challenges.
– Proven ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
– Proactive mindset with strong project management and organizational skills.
– Self-starter, fast learner, and creative problem-solver.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills.
– Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal).
