TikTok’s Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is seeking a strategic and client-focused Client Solutions Manager (CSM) to join the dynamic Apps vertical within the METAP region (Middle East, Turkey, Africa, Pakistan). You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients across fintech, health, lifestyle, utilities, and service apps—guiding them through TikTok’s unique ad ecosystem and delivering solutions that accelerate their global growth.
This is more than a sales support role—it’s a hybrid of strategic consultancy, digital campaign execution, and relationship management, ideal for someone who thrives on driving performance through innovation and insight.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Consulting: Champion TikTok’s advertising solutions by tailoring product strategies to meet client goals

Client Partnership: Foster long-term relationships with key clients and agencies, becoming their go-to digital expert

Campaign Execution: Collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and optimized ad campaigns

Product Enablement: Educate clients on TikTok’s full suite of ad tools, helping them unlock growth opportunities

Insight & Analytics: Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights using advanced data analytics

Market Expansion: Support pre-sales efforts including research and strategic pitch development

Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize real-time campaign results

Growth Strategy: Focus on retention, upsells, and renewals by aligning client growth with TikTok’s evolving ad capabilities

Innovation Loop: Provide feedback to internal teams to shape future ad product enhancements

Review & Refine: Lead quarterly business reviews and optimize clients’ marketing efforts on TikTok
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
-
3+ years in a client-facing digital advertising or performance marketing role (preferably app-based industries)

Analytical mindset with strong familiarity in performance metrics, attribution, and campaign optimization

Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social media advertising and mobile growth strategies

Proficiency in English and either Russian or Turkish (mandatory due to regional client portfolio)
