FactSet is seeking a Client Solutions Associate to join their Dubai team starting October 2025. This full-time role involves building deep client relationships by providing tailored solutions, promoting product usage, and offering training on FactSet’s financial data and analytics platform. The associate will support clients by understanding their business needs, creating custom models and workflows, and acting as a trusted advisor to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:

Develop strong relationships with clients in the financial industry

Understand client business and investment workflows to provide tailored solutions using FactSet products

Provide support and training for FactSet applications, including creating custom models and automated processes

Lead product training sessions in client offices and seminars
-
Gather and relay product feedback to the development team

Promote high user adoption and smooth onboarding of new clients
Skills & Qualifications:
-
Strong interest in Finance and/or FinTech
-
Client-centric mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Analytical and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Ability to learn and use new technology quickly

Bachelor’s Degree conferred by September 2025

Desire or experience in a client-facing support role
