Job Title: Client Services Manager 

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Client Services Manager to join a fast-growing global fintech that operates as a broker-dealer and capital markets service provider. This role is critical in managing relationships with external counterparties, ensuring smooth internal coordination, and driving service excellence across financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, banks, custodians, and other external counterparties

• Serve as a key point of contact for escalations and timely resolution of client issues

• Work closely with the trading desk and Relationship Managers to ensure client requests are met efficiently

• Interface with Middle Office, Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams for day-to-day issue resolution and support

• Lead and support process improvement initiatives for systems, controls, and technology related to new and existing products

• Monitor and review commission structures and performance against pricing sheets

• Handle internal audits and respond to regulatory queries related to Client Services

• Support the creation and implementation of SOPs, policies, Service Level Agreements, and Business Continuity Plans to meet compliance and operational standards

Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years of client-facing experience in financial services or capital markets

• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle management and client onboarding

• Broad knowledge of financial products across asset classes

• Experience managing internal audits and compliance frameworks

• Proficient in Excel, with bonus points for IT/system implementation experience

• Excellent communicator – both written and verbal – with a client-first, solutions-driven mindset

• Proven ability to collaborate across departments and external partners

• Resilient and capable of performing under pressure in a fast-paced environment
