Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for guests via phone and email, responding to inquiries and service requests.

Accurately enter and retrieve information from computer databases and point-of-sale systems.

Prepare professional documents including memos, emails, and letters using Microsoft Office.

Operate standard office equipment and transmit documents via mail, fax, or email.

Maintain accurate records and update files and reservations as needed.

Ensure guest satisfaction by adhering to company service standards and offering genuine hospitality.

Work collaboratively with other departments to support guest needs and internal communication.

Maintain a clean, presentable appearance and uphold Marriott’s professional standards.

Perform light physical duties (e.g., lifting items under 10 lbs) and assist as needed by supervisors.
