Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Client Service Representative to join our team in Dubai. This is an on-site, client-facing role (not back-office) that emphasizes superior service delivery and operational support across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

  • Manage all aspects of business operations including order management, client affairs, sales transactions, financial administration, and property maintenance.

  • Collaborate closely with multiple departments to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Communicate professionally across all mediums including face-to-face, telephone calls, chats, and emails.

  • Actively participate in client retention programs and initiatives.

  • Handle client complaints and feedback professionally and promptly.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred (fresh graduates may be considered if other criteria are met).

  • Background in client service roles, ideally in BPO/call centers, luxury brand retail, or 5-star hospitality.

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a polished accent.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with high-profile clients.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at problem-solving.

  • Smart, professional appearance and confident demeanor.

  • Positive attitude, high energy, and adaptability to technology.

  • In good physical and health condition.
