Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Client Services Executive to join our Events team in Dubai. As the primary liaison between clients and our internal teams, you will be responsible for managing event requirements from initial consultation to successful execution. This role demands a proactive, organized individual who can ensure client satisfaction while delivering outstanding events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their event objectives and providing tailored solutions.

• Work closely with internal departments to create compelling event proposals, plans, and budgets.

• Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue booking, catering, transportation, and AV setup.

• Source and coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless event delivery.

• Provide on-site management and support during events to guarantee a flawless experience.

• Track event performance and prepare post-event reports with actionable insights.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication and excellent service.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in event management, client servicing, or a related field.

• Fluent in Arabic and English.

• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

• Problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines.

• Proficient in using event management software and Microsoft Office tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related discipline.

Salary and Benefits:

• AED 6,000 to 8,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).

• Additional benefits provided by the company.

Demographic Requirement:

• Must be based in the UAE.

• Fluent Arabic speaker required.
