Role Overview

Join Trade License Zone as a Client Relationship Specialist within the Operations Department. In this role, you will act as the key liaison between clients and government authorities, guiding businesses through essential processes such as trade license renewals, amendments, and visa services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processing of client requests, coordinating with internal teams and relevant authorities.

• Act as the main point of contact between clients and government entities, including Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DED), Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE), General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA), Dubai Health Authority (DHA), and Emirates Identity Authority.

• Maintain accurate documentation and track application progress to ensure timely completion.

• Provide clear updates and professional guidance to clients throughout each stage of the process.

• Ensure compliance with UAE business regulations, immigration laws, and internal policies.

• Respond promptly to client inquiries, delivering a supportive and solution-focused experience.

• Collaborate with sales teams, PROs, and operations colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Educate clients on documentation, timelines, and legal requirements for business and visa procedures.

• Support client retention by delivering consistent, high-quality service.

Requirements

• Experience in UAE business setup, licensing, or visa processing is an advantage.

• Familiarity with UAE government systems and procedures is preferred.

• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively.

• Professional, client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.

• Must currently be based in the UAE and available for immediate start.
