Connexions is hiring a Client Relationship Executive for its real estate division in Dubai. The role is open exclusively to candidates from India and focuses on client servicing with no sales, targets, or fieldwork involved. Candidates with backgrounds in BPO, call centers, real estate, or construction are encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest.

• Clearly and persuasively explain product and service offerings.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

• Maintain accurate CRM records of calls, leads, and interactions.

• Follow up with leads to ensure conversions.

• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

• Share customer feedback and trends with the sales team.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Candidates must be from India only.

• Strong communication skills (essential).

• Previous experience in BPO, call centers, real estate, or construction.

• Willingness to perform desk-based responsibilities with no sales/fieldwork.

Compensation:

• Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 5,000 (all-inclusive).
