Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements thoroughly and suggest suitable solutions through effective communication.

• Provide accurate and updated information about company projects, services, and offerings using CRM tools and other software.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, manage customer accounts, and properly file relevant documents.

• Collaborate with senior management to stay updated on new organizational policies, services, and projects.

• Identify and resolve potential product issues based on client feedback and requirements.

• Ensure prompt problem resolution while adhering to defined project timelines.

Qualifications:

• 0–1 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or a related field.

• Based in the United Arab Emirates.

• Age between 23 – 41 years.

• Strong understanding of customer problem-solving techniques.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices.

• Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage tasks within strict deadlines.

• Proficiency in using modern digital tools and computer hardware.
