Job Title: Client Relationship Coordinator
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Coordinator to join our team. This role involves maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients while also identifying and engaging new leads. The ideal candidate will be skilled in communication, CRM data entry, and customer service, ensuring a smooth and satisfying client experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and nurture customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Conduct telephonic outreach to potential leads and clearly explain the company’s products and services.

Accurately enter and update customer data in the company’s CRM/database system.

Utilize internal software tools to assess and record client information effectively.

Provide timely follow-ups and resolve inquiries or concerns in a professional manner.
Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Strong negotiation skills and ability to communicate sales messaging effectively.

Calm, solution-oriented attitude when handling real-time issues.

Proficient in following and adapting scripted communications when needed.
