Job Title: Client Relationship & Business Development Executive 

Job Description:

Are you passionate about the financial markets and skilled in building strong client relationships? Lirunex is seeking a dynamic and driven Client Relationship & Business Development Executive with experience in the Forex or financial services industry to manage client accounts, drive partner growth, and lead digital engagement initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment and can effectively balance sales, client service, and digital outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact point for clients and partners, ensuring smooth and professional communication

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of partner and trader markets, competitor activity, and strategies for business growth

  • Identify and build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities and potential partnerships

  • Engage in relevant forums, channels, and social media to drive brand visibility and acquire new clients

  • Ensure full compliance with business regulations, brand standards, and internal policies

  • Manage and nurture existing relationships by addressing queries, resolving issues, and supporting long-term client success

  • Lead content creation and digital engagement strategies focused on client acquisition, activation, and retention

  • Maintain a consistently positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the Forex, financial services, or trading industry (sales, client servicing, or business development)

  • Experience in B2B/B2C sales, key account management, financial advising, or fund management

  • Knowledge of financial products including Forex, CFDs, Unit Trusts, or Stock Trading is a strong advantage

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and initiative-driven mindset

  • Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • A positive, ambitious attitude and a sense of humor are a plus!
