Role Overview:

The Client Relationship Associate (English & Arabic Speaker) acts as the key liaison between clients and the firm. This position ensures smooth communication, organized case coordination, and efficient handling of all legal and administrative documentation. The role requires a detail-oriented professional fluent in both Arabic and English, with a strong understanding of UAE legal procedures.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship & Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.

  • Coordinate with lawyers and internal teams to ensure smooth case progress and client satisfaction.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships through proactive engagement and follow-ups.

  • Prepare reports, client updates, and follow-up summaries for internal and client use.

Documentation & Legal Coordination:

  • Manage Power of Attorney (POA) and document attestation procedures.

  • Prepare, translate (if required), and submit documents to relevant authorities.

  • Maintain accurate records of client files, documentation, and legal submissions.

Operational & Administrative Support:

  • Track case deadlines, progress, and deliverables using CRM tools (e.g., Monday.com).

  • Oversee client onboarding, ensuring compliance with KYC and AML requirements.

  • Assist with billing, invoice coordination, and client payment communication.

  • Compile service reports for management review and performance tracking.


Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or Business Administration (LLB preferred).

  • Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.

  • 2–5 years of experience in a law firm or legal services company within the UAE.

  • Strong knowledge of UAE legal processes, POA, and document attestation.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Monday.com, Zoho, or Salesforce.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and client service skills.

  • Professional demeanor, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
