Job Title: Client Relations & CRM Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Client Relations & CRM Manager to oversee and elevate the client engagement experience within our off-plan real estate operations in Dubai. This role focuses on driving sales conversions, managing CRM systems, and building long-term relationships with clients, investors, and brokers. Your expertise in DLD and OQOOD registration processes will be essential in ensuring regulatory compliance and seamless customer onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive customer engagement and lead conversion to meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.

Manage and maintain compliance with DLD and OQOOD registration processes for real estate transactions.

Oversee CRM platforms to ensure accurate tracking of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions, with a focus on off-plan project cycles.

Analyze client data and behavior to identify trends, optimize customer journeys, and improve conversion and retention rates.

Build strategic relationships with brokers, real estate agents, and investor networks to enhance market reach.

Guide and support the sales team in aligning efforts with project timelines and revenue goals.

Respond to inquiries and feedback from clients and investors, delivering a premium and responsive experience.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between campaign strategies and client touchpoints.

Design and implement client retention plans, ensuring exceptional post-sales support.

Create detailed reports on CRM activity, sales pipelines, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Provide insights into competitor behavior, client expectations, and market trends to refine CRM and sales strategies.

A relationship-builder and strategist with deep knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and CRM systems. You bring a customer-first approach, combined with a strong foundation in regulatory compliance and sales operations.
Education & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience with DLD and OQOOD registration in Dubai real estate.

Proven experience in CRM management and sales within off-plan real estate developments.

Strong network among investors, brokers, and real estate professionals in the UAE.

In-depth understanding of RERA guidelines and local market dynamics.
