Client Partner – Enterprise

  • Intertec Systems is looking for a Client Partner – Enterprise to drive sales for Managed Services, Hybrid Cloud, Cyber Security, and Infrastructure solutions for Enterprise and Real Estate accounts in Dubai. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle, engaging in technical discussions, and aligning customer needs with company solutions.

Intertec Systems is a leading provider of IT services and solutions, focusing on delivering innovative solutions in the areas of Managed Services, Cyber Security, Infrastructure, and Cloud solutions. The company is expanding its Enterprise and Real Estate verticals in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create opportunities and manage the sales cycle for Managed Services, Hybrid Cloud, Cyber Security, and Infrastructure solutions.

  • Engage customers in technical solution discussions and propose solutions that align with their needs.

  • Build and maintain excellent customer and vendor relationships.

  • Use consultative solution selling and business development skills to align client needs with solutions at the CXO level.

  • Manage large Enterprise Accounts with a focus on strategic account management.

  • Make impactful solution presentations to customers.

  • Collaborate effectively with Practice, Presale, and Project Managers on pre-sales and post-sales issues.

  • Attend tech seminars and exhibitions to stay updated on new products and solutions.

  • Recognize and interpret client business needs, and create appropriate proposals.

  • Follow up on outstanding receivables from customers.

  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual gross margin and revenue targets.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Science graduates, Engineers, and MBAs preferred).

  • Over 15-20 years of experience in direct solution selling, with at least 5 years in Enterprise/Real Estate verticals.

  • 5 years of experience selling Private and Public Cloud solutions in any geography.

  • 5 years of experience selling Managed Services in the UAE or India.

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to present proposals persuasively.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work effectively within large teams.

  • UAE Driving license is required.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with Enterprise Accounts, Direct Solution Selling, Selling Managed Services, Cyber Security, Infrastructure Solutions, and Hybrid Cloud.
