🎯 Job Purpose

The Client Partner – Apps role is central to TikTok’s business development in the apps ecosystem, focusing on identifying prospects, fostering relationships, and driving business results. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales acumen, a passion for digital marketing, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be responsible for guiding clients through TikTok’s digital advertising capabilities, developing strategies to meet business objectives, and driving growth.


🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Market Analysis & Growth: Analyze the App industry market, identify opportunities and trends, and work to increase advertiser adoption and new active advertiser growth.

  • Client Relationships: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and agencies, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.

  • Client Development: Collaborate with Client Solutions and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of product-driven campaigns that meet client objectives.

  • Business Growth: Focus on client retention, upsell opportunities, and renewals by leveraging TikTok’s products to deliver long-term value.

  • Product Innovation: Work closely with TikTok’s product teams, ensuring clients are utilizing the latest features and products, contributing insights for future development.

  • Troubleshooting & Optimization: Proactively address any issues regarding ad campaigns, ensuring fast and efficient solutions.

  • Business Reviews: Lead regular reviews with clients to optimize campaign performance and explore new opportunities for growth.


🎓 Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or consultancy, preferably within social media advertising platforms or user acquisition.

  • Data-Driven Approach: Ability to analyze and use data to drive decisions and business strategies.

  • Client-Centric: Strong communicator with a focus on building client relationships and fostering long-term business growth.

  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to align marketing strategies with client goals.

  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and industry trends.

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Russian/Turkish is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proactive with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.

  • Team-oriented with a commitment to mentoring and developing colleagues.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

  • Ability to gain internal support from cross-functional teams.
