D43 Group is seeking a Client Manager to join their longevity clinic in Dubai. The role focuses on managing client relationships, ensuring smooth service delivery, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include overseeing client bookings, administrative tasks, and supporting business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of client-facing experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and service requests.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

Guide clients through their wellness journey, providing information on treatments and procedures.

Manage appointment scheduling, ensuring proper coordination between clients and medical teams.

Send appointment reminders and follow-up to reduce cancellations and no-shows.

Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality.

Process payments and coordinate with the accounts department for invoicing.

Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring they understand clinic policies and complete necessary forms.

Address client feedback and complaints, escalating issues when necessary.

Monitor service quality and suggest improvements for better client experience.

Support marketing and business development efforts to grow the client base, including organizing events and referral programs.
Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.

3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in healthcare or luxury services.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first approach.

Proficiency in scheduling software and CRM systems.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).

Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare operations is a plus.
