Job Title: Client Experience Supervisor
Job Description:
We are hiring a Client Experience Supervisor for a premier luxury event planning firm in Dubai. The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing customer service team, manage client relationships, and ensure service excellence across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and mentor the customer service team; allocate tasks based on urgency and manage team dynamics to foster collaboration.

Oversee client communication channels to ensure prompt, professional responses; handle critical complaints with empathy to ensure satisfaction.

Schedule client meetings, manage CRM databases, and coordinate with departments to fulfill client requirements effectively.

Track KPIs, generate performance reports, identify service gaps, and execute strategies for continuous improvement.
Skills & Qualifications:

Open to Arabic female nationals, aged 40 or below.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in luxury events, hospitality, or other client-facing industries.

Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office tools.

Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
