Intertec Systems is looking for a Client Engagement Manager to oversee the sales cycle for Managed Services, Hybrid Cloud, Cyber Security, and Infrastructure solutions targeting Enterprise and Real Estate accounts in Dubai. The role requires strong solution-selling skills, business planning, and the ability to engage clients at the CXO level to align their business needs with the company’s solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Cycle Management: Create opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle for Hybrid Cloud, Managed Services, Cyber Security, and Infrastructure solutions for Enterprise and Real Estate accounts.

Client Engagement: Engage clients in technical solution discussions and propose value-driven solutions.

Account Management: Manage large enterprise accounts, focusing on strategic account management and business growth.

Consultative Selling: Use consultative selling skills to align client needs with solutions at the CXO level.

Solution Presentations: Present solutions with impact to customers and vendors.

Collaboration: Work with the respective teams (Presale, Project Manager) to resolve issues during pre- and post-sales.

Industry Knowledge: Attend tech seminars and exhibitions to enhance product knowledge.

Proposal Creation: Recognize client needs, interpret them, and create appropriate proposals.

Receivables Follow-up: Follow up on outstanding receivables from clients.

Targets: Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual gross margin and revenue targets.
Candidate Profile:

Education: Graduate in any discipline (Engineering or MBA preferred).

Experience: 15-20 years in direct solution selling, with at least 5 years in selling managed services and cloud solutions in the UAE or India.

Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication.

Certifications: UAE driving license is a must.
Desired Skills:

Experience in selling Managed Services, Cyber Security, Infrastructure Solutions, and Hybrid Cloud.
