Intertec Systems is hiring a highly experienced Client Engagement Manager to lead enterprise sales for Managed Services, Hybrid Cloud, Cyber Security, and Infrastructure solutions across Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in direct solution selling, especially within enterprise and real estate verticals, and have a proven track record of managing complex sales cycles from opportunity creation to closure.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales of Managed Services, Cyber Security, Hybrid Cloud, and Infrastructure solutions.

Engage with enterprise and real estate clients to understand business needs and propose technical solutions.

Manage strategic enterprise accounts using consultative, CXO-level selling techniques.

Develop and maintain strong client and vendor relationships.
-
Collaborate with presales, practice leads, and project managers for seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
-
Prepare compelling proposals and deliver impactful solution presentations.
-
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and margin targets.
-
Participate in tech seminars and exhibitions to stay updated on industry trends.
-
Follow up on outstanding client receivables.
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree required; science, engineering, or MBA preferred.

15–20 years of industry experience in direct selling of IT solutions.
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience in selling Managed Services in the UAE or India.
-
At least 5 years of experience selling private/public cloud solutions.
-
Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
-
Previous experience handling large enterprise or real estate vertical clients is essential.

UAE driving license is mandatory.
