International Free Zone Authority (IFZA) Dubai is seeking a motivated and experienced Client Engagement Manager – B2C to join its dynamic team. This full-time, on-site role focuses on building lasting relationships with direct clients, driving sales of IFZA licenses and services, and ensuring a seamless and transparent client experience.
As a key member of the client relations team, you will work closely with internal departments—including sales support, operations, finance, and marketing—to guide clients through the company formation process. This role requires a high level of professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in client engagement and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive and monitor B2C sales initiatives to achieve or exceed set targets.

Follow up on client payments and application progress.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with direct clients, ensuring satisfaction and trust.

Manage and resolve client queries, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and care.

Handle complex or delayed applications effectively, maintaining clear communication with clients.

Respond promptly to new incoming leads via calls, emails, Zoom, or in-person meetings.

Participate in weekly sales team meetings and strategic discussions with the Director of Client Relations.

Stay up-to-date and actively use the CRM system to maximize engagement and reporting efficiency.

Coordinate with internal departments to keep clients informed and aligned on processes.

Gather and relay feedback from clients to internal stakeholders for continuous improvement.

Stay informed on regulatory changes that may impact services or clients.

Generate reports and assist with other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements:

4–10 years of experience in sales and client relationship management.

Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Fluency in English is essential; additional languages such as Portuguese, French, Spanish, Italian, or German are an advantage.

Proficiency in using CRM tools and tracking KPIs.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
