The Client Engagement Manager – B2B role is centered around the sale of IFZA licenses and products, and the development of strong, transparent relationships with clients. This position involves working closely with sales support, operations, finance, and corporate trainers to ensure clients are fully informed about services, as well as ensuring their applications proceed smoothly. The role also requires the sourcing and generation of new leads to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Target Achievement: Drive and monitor sales initiatives to meet or exceed sales targets.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Client Support: Proactively respond to client queries, concerns, and expectations, particularly in challenging situations.

Business Development: Lead strategies for business development to identify and unlock new sales opportunities, creating partnerships.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure stakeholders are well-informed.

CRM and Sales Engagement: Participate in CRM activities, sales meetings, and training sessions to enhance sales effectiveness.
Requirements:

4-10 years of sales and client relationship management experience.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Ability to track and report on relevant KPIs.

Full English proficiency is required (other languages are a plus, such as Portuguese, French, Spanish, Italian, or German).

Experience in the licensing, amendments, cancellations, and immigration processes (advantageous but not mandatory).
Desired Skills and Experience:

Fluent in English (and Spanish/Portuguese is required).

Intermediate MS Office proficiency.

Confident communicator with the ability to engage both over the phone and in face-to-face meetings.

Self-motivated, accountable, with a proven track record of exceptional performance.

Strong negotiation skills.

Industry knowledge related to licensing and immigration processes is beneficial.
