e& UAE is seeking a Client Director for Mega Projects Sales to lead sales initiatives for large-scale projects. This role involves engaging with enterprise clients, delivering consultative sales, building strategic technology roadmaps, and driving high-value deals in the telecommunications and technology sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets for mega projects.

Identify and engage with potential enterprise clients, building strong relationships.

Present and demonstrate solutions to key stakeholders, including C-level executives.

Collaborate with technical teams to design customized solutions.

Provide consultative sales expertise to shape deals, including technology roadmaps, ROI analysis, and business cases.

Negotiate and close high-value deals to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, with a focus on consultative sales or enterprise technology solutions.

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.

Strong business acumen with the ability to create technology roadmaps and business cases.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Bilingual in Arabic and English is preferred.

UAE National is preferred.
