CHANEL is offering an immediate opportunity for a Client Care Advisor on a 3-month mission based in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is designed for professionals with a passion for luxury retail and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. As a Client Care Advisor, you will extend CHANEL’s boutique experience by offering seamless, personalized, and human-centered interactions through multiple communication channels, including phone, WhatsApp, and email.

This role is critical in ensuring every client interaction embodies the elegance and excellence synonymous with the CHANEL brand. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in client care or luxury retail environments, a customer-first mindset, and the flexibility to work five days a week, including weekends and late shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email with professionalism and luxury-oriented service.

• Deliver a seamless and personalized customer experience across all CHANEL divisions and E-commerce platforms.

• Extend the boutique experience by maintaining high standards of service, attention to detail, and empathy.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns promptly and accurately.

• Uphold CHANEL’s values in every interaction, ensuring a consistently elegant and thoughtful approach.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in luxury retail, client care, or customer service is essential.

• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is preferred.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• High emotional intelligence and the ability to connect with clients across diverse backgrounds.

• Flexibility to work weekends and late shifts within a five-day workweek.

• Based in Dubai Design District or willing to commute.
