Role Overview
Chalhoub Group is looking for a passionate and service-driven Client Advisor to deliver exceptional luxury experiences in-store. Based in Dubai, this role is ideal for customer-focused professionals who excel at building long-term client relationships, achieving sales targets, and representing premium brands with excellence.
As a Client Advisor, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, strengthening customer loyalty, and supporting CRM, clienteling, and omnichannel initiatives that elevate the overall guest journey.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Representation & Customer Experience

Represent the brand by communicating its values, heritage, and philosophy through every customer interaction

Deliver personalized, memorable guest experiences that exceed expectations and build lasting loyalty

Promote Chalhoub Group’s loyalty program (MUSE) and actively drive customer enrolment and acquisition

Maintain high guest experience standards aligned with brand guidelines and luxury service principles
Sales Performance & Clienteling

Achieve individual and collective sales targets while maintaining a strong customer-centric mindset

Utilize clienteling techniques and omnichannel tools to build one-to-one relationships with customers, both in-store and virtually

Engage customers through messaging, virtual shopping appointments, and personalized follow-ups

Maintain a strong understanding of customer preferences, purchasing patterns, and behaviors to identify future selling opportunities
CRM, Data & Market Insights

Ensure accurate and efficient collection of customer data in line with CRM and marketing guidelines

Gather insights on customer behavior, top-selling products, and slow movers to support business reviews
-
Stay informed on fashion trends, new product launches, social media campaigns, competitors, and digital brand touchpoints
Store Operations & Omnichannel Support

Support in-store and at-home customer service, including sales, special orders, and repairs
-
Prepare and process e-commerce order fulfilment from store within agreed SLAs for quality and speed

Leverage available technology tools such as CRM systems, OMS, and clienteling applications to enhance customer experience

Maintain visual merchandising standards and operational SOPs in line with brand requirements
-
Provide constructive feedback on store functionality and operational improvements
What You’ll Need to Succeed

Previous experience in retail, preferably within luxury, fashion, beauty, or technology environments

Strong customer service mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences

Availability for a 6-month temporary contract

Own valid UAE visa sponsorship

Ability to join immediately

Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
