Job Title: Client Account Manager 

Job Description:

We are seeking a Client Account Manager with strong experience in the UAE market to manage and grow key client relationships. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction, addressing concerns, and identifying new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a client-first mindset and a proactive approach to account management. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to align client expectations with service delivery, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients and drive account growth.

  • Represent clients’ goals and interests within the company by clearly communicating their needs and expectations.

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, fostering trust and satisfaction.

  • Serve as the go-to person for all client queries, ensuring timely and effective communication.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless service and coordinate project execution.

  • Ensure consistent client support by aligning communication and updates across departments.

  • Resolve issues proactively and maintain a positive client experience throughout the account lifecycle.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in client-facing roles, preferably within the UAE market.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

  • Strategic thinker with a client-centric approach.

  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.

  • Familiarity with UAE business practices and customer expectations.
