Job Overview:
ENGIE Solutions is looking for a Cleaner (Skilled) to join their operations team. The role involves ensuring that buildings are kept clean and orderly, performing heavy cleaning duties, and maintaining overall cleanliness in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, scrub, or vacuum floors.

• Gather and empty trash.

• Clean and service restrooms.

• Follow procedures for using chemical cleaners and power equipment to avoid damage to floors and fixtures.

• Monitor building security by locking doors and checking electrical appliances.

• Notify management of any major repairs needed or system malfunctions.

• Requisition supplies and equipment for cleaning and maintenance.

• Prepare facilities for events by setting up decorations, tables, chairs, and scaffolding.

• Spray insecticides to prevent infestations.

• Clean and polish furniture, fixtures, windows, mirrors, and glass partitions.

• Dust furniture, walls, and equipment.

• Mix cleaning solutions according to specifications.

• Steam-clean or shampoo carpets.

Health & Safety Responsibilities (QSHE):

• Take care of your health and safety, and avoid putting others at risk.

• Cooperate with company health and safety efforts.

• Follow health and safety instructions.

• Report any accidents or injuries.
