This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining safe and welcoming environments, and is comfortable working near water.

As part of our operations team, you’ll ensure communal areas, equipment storage zones, and high-traffic outdoor spaces remain clean, safe, and well-stocked. You’ll also assist with basic maintenance and report any issues to management.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, showers, changing rooms, and communal areas.

• Maintain tidiness and cleanliness of equipment storage zones, walkways, and docks.

• Refill and organize cleaning supplies; ensure all materials are safely stored.

• Assist with minor repairs or maintenance when required.

• Follow safety and hygiene procedures at all times.

• Report any damage, safety hazards, or maintenance needs to the supervisor.

📌 Requirements:

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is an advantage.

• Comfortable working outdoors and near water.

• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.

• Must be currently residing in the UAE.
