Aldar Education is seeking UAE National Classroom Assistants to join Noya British School in Abu Dhabi for the Academic Year 2025–2026. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for passionate professionals who want to support the social, emotional, and academic development of students in a leading British-curriculum school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the educational and social development of students under the guidance of the SENCO, class teacher, and leadership team.

• Support individual or small groups of students in and outside the classroom.

• Help implement and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs).

• Prepare classroom materials, student displays, and maintain records.

• Support student well-being and development of social skills.

• Collaborate with specialists (e.g., speech/occupational therapists) when required.

• Supervise pupils in various school settings and assist with behavioral guidance.

Specific Duties:

• Provide academic assistance and group/individual instruction as assigned.

• Check attendance, manage classroom materials, and ensure student engagement.

• Monitor and correct student work in real-time.

• Assist in discipline as per school policies and promote positive behavior.

• Reorganize materials and prepare for next day’s activities.

Requirements:

• Nationality: UAE National only

• Minimum Qualifications: Secondary school certificate; strong English skills (or language of instruction)

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a school setting

• Skills: Strong communication, patience, classroom management, and ability to work with children of determination or with special needs
