A leading organization in Dubai is seeking a Claims Officer to manage the turnaround time (TAT) and reporting functions of its reimbursement team. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in healthcare claims processing, data tracking, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee RI registration and payment processes.
• Track and monitor pending claims to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain key performance indicators and ensure adherence to DTP turnaround standards.
• Prepare daily trackers for reimbursement claims.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage TAT effectively.
• Generate scheduled and ad-hoc reports as required.
• Support system projects including code mapping, UAT development, and implementation within defined timelines.
• Communicate with members regarding claims and policy matters.
• Handle VIP policies and special case processing with priority and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Allied, Alternate, or Allopathy medical fields.
• Additional insurance qualifications are a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a high sense of urgency.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
