Efficiently manage, assess, and settle commercial insurance claims, ensuring compliance with internal policies, customer service standards, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Handle moderate and one-touch claims within authorized value limits.

Appoint external adjusters when necessary and manage file reserves.

Review and verify policy, reports, and repair estimates.
-
Issue discharge receipts, credit notes, and process final claim payments.

Communicate with claimants, reinsurers, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

Escalate complex cases to senior claims adjusters as needed.
-
Manage subrogation and recovery processes.
-
Perform quality checks and maintain adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and regulatory standards.
Required Skills
-
Basic knowledge of insurance regulations and commercial claims.

Understanding of policy terms and claims procedures.

Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office and claim documentation tools.

Good communication skills in English (Arabic preferred).

Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
-
Organized and able to manage tasks independently under pressure.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
-
Insurance certification (preferred).
-
1–2 years of experience in insurance, preferably in commercial claims.
