Claims Handler – Commercial Claims
Sukoon Insurance Dubai , UAE

Efficiently manage, assess, and settle commercial insurance claims, ensuring compliance with internal policies, customer service standards, and regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle moderate and one-touch claims within authorized value limits.

  • Appoint external adjusters when necessary and manage file reserves.

  • Review and verify policy, reports, and repair estimates.

  • Issue discharge receipts, credit notes, and process final claim payments.

  • Communicate with claimants, reinsurers, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

  • Escalate complex cases to senior claims adjusters as needed.

  • Manage subrogation and recovery processes.

  • Perform quality checks and maintain adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and regulatory standards.


Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of insurance regulations and commercial claims.

  • Understanding of policy terms and claims procedures.

  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and claim documentation tools.

  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic preferred).

  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.

  • Organized and able to manage tasks independently under pressure.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.

  • Insurance certification (preferred).

  • 1–2 years of experience in insurance, preferably in commercial claims.
