Marsh is seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to join its Claims Solutions team as a Claims Advisory Leader with a focus on Business Interruption (BI) and Forensic Accounting. Based in either Dubai or Riyadh, this hybrid role is crucial in managing and preparing complex insurance claims following major loss events.

You will lead claim preparation, work closely with clients and insurers, and collaborate with cross-functional experts across accounting, engineering, and adjusting disciplines.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of complex Business Interruption (BI) insurance claims, analyzing financial and operational data.

• Quantify losses accurately using financial modeling and forensic accounting techniques.

• Act as the primary liaison with clients, providing technical guidance throughout the claims process.

• Produce high-quality reports and client presentations.

• Coordinate with loss adjusters, insurers, forensic accountants, and legal teams to streamline claims resolution.

• Mentor junior consultants and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

• Stay up to date with BI industry regulations, insurance practices, and loss quantification methodologies.

✅ What You Bring

• Qualified Accountant (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 5+ years of experience in finance or forensic accounting.

• Solid experience in financial data modeling and analysis using MS Excel.

• Strong understanding of insurance or risk advisory processes (insurance experience preferred).

• Excellent report writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
