A reputable real estate developer is seeking a detail-oriented Civil Quantity Surveyor to join its team in Dubai. This is a full-time, office-based role focused on cost planning, BOQ preparation, and commercial support for residential construction projects.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project costs, evaluating contractor bids, and supporting budgeting activities to ensure efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings.

• Assist with project cost estimation, budgeting, and financial planning.

• Review contractor quotations and prepare comparison reports.

• Support tender documentation and procurement processes.

• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and contractors.

• Monitor and update cost reports and project budgets.

• Contribute to value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.

• Maintain accurate records of materials, pricing, and project variations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

• 3–7 years of experience in the UAE or GCC construction sector.

• Strong experience in BOQ preparation and cost estimation.

• Good knowledge of UAE construction materials, methods, and market rates.

• Proficiency in Excel and quantity surveying tools.

• Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.

• Good English communication skills.

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 7,000 – 8,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)

• Additional benefits based on experience
