Civil Inspector – High-Rise Construction Projects | Dubai, UAE

KEO International Consultants is seeking a detail-driven and safety-focused Civil Inspector to join our award-winning team in Dubai. As a key part of our construction supervision services, you will play a critical role in monitoring and ensuring quality standards across high-rise building projects, including enabling works such as piling and shoring.

🌍 Key Responsibilities:

Review and act on Inspection Requests (IRs) submitted by contractors in a timely manner.

Assess shop drawings and specifications for compliance with contract requirements, local codes, and international standards.

Identify and report deviations from approved plans, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues.

Monitor on-site health, safety, and environmental practices and ensure adherence to project specifications.

Maintain comprehensive daily records, including site activities, progress photos, and inspection logs.

Generate surveillance and non-conformance reports (NCRs) when deficiencies or unsafe practices are observed.

Ensure seamless coordination of civil works with other engineering disciplines.

Provide technical input to resolve site-based challenges effectively.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 6 years of site-based experience, with a strong background in high-rise construction, enabling works, piling, and shoring.

Previous experience with international consultancies or multidisciplinary projects preferred.

Strong understanding of construction quality standards, site safety protocols, and technical documentation.
