We are hiring an experienced Civil Draftsman to join our dynamic team in Dubai for a prestigious high-rise building development. This is a full-time role requiring exceptional drafting skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to deliver precise structural and architectural drawings in compliance with industry standards and UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed and accurate structural drawings including floor plans, sections, elevations, and construction details for high-rise building projects.

• Coordinate with engineers and architects to ensure drawings meet technical specifications and regulatory requirements.

• Revise and update drawings based on project feedback and evolving requirements.

• Prepare As-Built drawings and maintain a well-organized archive of all project documentation and revisions.

• Participate in technical meetings and assist in resolving design-related issues.

• Collaborate with procurement and construction teams to ensure timely delivery of plans and specifications.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

• 2–3 years of proven experience in drafting for high-rise or large-scale construction projects.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Revit is a strong advantage.

• Solid understanding of UAE building codes and construction standards.

• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.

• High attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Basic knowledge of structural design principles is a plus.

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
