Civil Defense Compliance Administrator – Full-Time (Abu Dhabi, UAE)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Civil Defense Compliance Administrator to join a leading fire protection solutions provider in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all documentation, approvals, and coordination efforts related to Civil Defense compliance, ensuring all systems and processes meet the highest safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, submit, and track documentation for Civil Defense permits and approvals in both Dubai (DCD) and Abu Dhabi (ADCD).

• Coordinate with relevant authorities for site inspections, certifications, and renewals.

• Ensure full compliance with UAE fire and life safety regulations, including NFPA standards.

• Maintain up-to-date records of approvals, certifications, and inspection reports.

• Liaise between internal departments, clients, and government entities to facilitate timely project approvals.

• Arrange Civil Defense-related inspections, trainings, and meetings as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Male candidate, 40 years old or below.

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in the fire protection industry.

• Strong understanding of firefighting systems, fire alarm systems, and life safety regulations.

• Familiarity with UAE Civil Defense procedures and NFPA codes is essential.

• Must hold a valid UAE Driving License.

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: AED 6,000 to 8,000 (inclusive of fixed allowances).

• Additional Benefits: Company car, fuel allowance, and Salik coverage.
