About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Civil Draftsman to prepare structural and geotechnical drawings related to piling, shoring, anchoring, and excavation support works. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in AutoCAD, a good understanding of site coordination, and the ability to translate design intent into precise, practical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate shop drawings and as-built drawings for piling, shoring, foundation, and anchoring works

• Create cross-sections, profiles, and detailed layout plans based on design inputs and site conditions

• Coordinate closely with site engineers and the design team to ensure drawing accuracy and practical implementation

• Revise drawings as per design updates, site revisions, or authority feedback

• Support in the preparation of submission packages and presentation drawings for consultant or authority approvals

• Follow CAD standards and maintain organized drawing registers and documentation

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline

• 2–5 years of relevant drafting experience in a civil, geotechnical, or foundation contracting company

• Strong command of AutoCAD (2D required; 3D a plus)

• Experience preparing drawings for bored piles, secant piles, sheet piles, H-beam shoring, anchors, and ground improvement works

• Familiarity with UAE authority standards (e.g., Dubai Municipality) preferred

• Ability to interpret structural drawings, geotechnical reports, and survey data

• Good coordination and communication skills; ability to meet deadlines under pressure

• Knowledge of Revit, Civil 3D, or similar software is an advantage
