Basatin Landscaping SPLLC is hiring a Civil 3D Draughtsman to create and analyze detailed CAD drawings for various landscaping and civil projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in Civil 3D software, AutoCAD, and Adobe tools to develop accurate and high-quality designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, analyze, and design detailed CAD and conceptual Adobe drawings.
• Prepare presentation, tender, and construction drawings as per project requirements.
• Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of drawings.
• Provide necessary detailing to simplify execution and assist the operations team.
• Modify and update drawings as per client approvals and revisions.
• Conduct site visits for measurement and verification when required.
• Attend technical meetings with clients and project managers.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for procurement.
• Support pre-bid design activities during the tendering process.
• Create 3D rendering designs using 3DS Max when required.

Health & Safety Responsibilities:

• Adhere to Basatin’s HSE policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Maintain a safe and compliant workplace.

Information Security Responsibilities:

• Follow Basatin’s Information Security Policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and project documents.
• Report security incidents as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma in Draftsmanship or National Trade Certificate in Draughtsman from a recognized institute.
• Experience in the landscaping industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and 3DS Max.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
