This full-time, on-site role is tailored for seasoned professionals with deep industry knowledge and strong relationship management skills. The role focuses on managing affluent clients under the Citigold segment, offering tailored financial solutions, ensuring compliance, and enhancing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deepen existing Citigold customer relationships through needs-based advisory and financial planning

• Proactively engage clients to review needs and recommend suitable products and services

• Drive product penetration by identifying opportunities to offer value-added solutions

• Host Citigold client events to foster loyalty and strengthen relationships

• Acquire new clients through referrals and business development activities

• Ensure full compliance with KYC, AML, and internal control procedures

• Demonstrate leadership through coaching, mentoring, and supporting team initiatives

• Influence business decisions through subject matter expertise and analysis

Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of experience in relationship management or financial advisory

• Proven ability to manage high-net-worth clients and provide investment solutions

• Strong communication, prioritization, and analytical skills

• Mandatory certifications required for financial product sales

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Skills Required:

• Deep understanding of wealth management and investment advisory

• Ability to coordinate across functions and influence stakeholders
